We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. While we do not offer automatic returns, we review every situation individually and will always do our best to find a fair resolution.
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at batterycovers@embracerenewables.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Our ability to offer a return, replacement, or refund will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances involved.
If you are a Consumer purchasing online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your Products, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right exists regardless of our general returns policy and cannot be excluded.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing (by email to batterycovers@embracerenewables.com) within the 14-day cancellation period. You must return the Products to us in their original, unused condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the Products are faulty or misdescribed.
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Please note: the right to cancel does not apply to Products that have already been installed, modified, or used in any way.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your item — whether it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The sooner you get in touch, the better placed we are to help. Please contact us at batterycovers@embracerenewables.com with a description of the issue and photographs where possible.
We will arrange for inspection and, where applicable, a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights and our warranty terms.
Business Customers do not have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returns by Business Customers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to prior agreement in writing. A restocking fee may apply. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
